TechD Enterprises ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website tech-d-enterprises.com, interact with our advertisements, or use our services.

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly: When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, or respond to one of our advertisements (including Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you voluntarily provide in response to our questions.

Answers You Give the Automation Advisor: If you ask for a review at the end of the advisor, we keep the answers you gave alongside your email address: your business name and website, the kind of business it is, the task you said takes the most time, roughly how many hours a week it takes, how you handle it now, and when you would want it working. We also keep the automation the tool suggested and the price it quoted, and which page or campaign link you arrived from. You see all of this on screen before you decide whether to send it.

If You Ask for a Call: The advisor has an optional phone box. Leave a number and we keep it, exactly as you typed it, alongside the rest of your enquiry, and we record that you would rather be phoned than emailed. It is there so Steve can ring you back. It is not used for marketing texts, it is not passed to a dialler, and it is not shared with anyone. Leave it blank and we have no number for you.

If You Buy the Toolkit: Stripe takes the payment and we never see your card. We do keep a record of the purchase: the email address you paid with, what you paid, and a reference number for the checkout. It is how we know who to email when a new edition ships, which we promise for a year, and it is how we can tell that you bought it if your download link stops working. There is no automatic expiry on it, and we would rather say that than invent a period we do not keep to. Ask and we will delete it.

What We Work Out Ourselves: From those answers we generate two things you do not enter: a priority score, and a follow-up category. They decide whose enquiry Steve calls first. We may also add our own notes to your record after we speak. Nothing here is sold, shared for advertising, or used to make a decision about you beyond how soon we get in touch.

Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to improve our website and services.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (such as scheduling tools, email platforms, or CRM software), provided those parties agree to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose your information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Facebook and Meta Lead Ads

If you submit your information through one of our Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, that information is collected through Meta's platform and shared with us for the sole purpose of contacting you about your free consultation. We do not use your information for any purpose other than what is described in this policy. Meta's own privacy policy governs how Meta handles your data on their platform.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The advisor can send a business name for lookup before you provide contact details. It also sends usage requests while you work through the questions. If you request a review, we receive your email and plan details for personal follow-up.

Our advisor and DIY toolkit pages record daily totals of interactions such as opening a sample or clicking a checkout link. This count table does not store names, emails, IP addresses, page URLs or session identifiers. Test activity is counted separately. These counts use no cookies or browser storage, and records older than 31 days are removed when the next event is recorded. Payment and booking providers maintain their own records.

Our pages do not set cookies, and they do not use browser storage. There is nothing here for you to accept or turn off. The one exception is the streaming video demo, which only runs if you start it and which loads a supplier's own software that may store something in your browser. When you book a call, pay for the toolkit, or send a form, you are handed to Cal.com, Stripe or Formspree, and those companies set their own cookies under their own policies.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry records — the contact details and advisor answers described in section 1 — until you ask us to delete them. There is no automatic expiry on them today, and we would rather say that plainly than name a period we do not enforce. The daily counts described in section 5 are different: those are deleted after 31 days by the code that writes them, and they carry no name, email or address in the first place.

Email info@tech-d-enterprises.com and we will delete your record. It is one person and a small database, so this is a real deletion, not a flag.
