The estimate uses $32 an hour as a loaded staff cost, assumes the automation absorbs about 65% of the named task, and counts 50 working weeks a year. Those three numbers are shown to you inside the advisor, not buried.
It is an estimate, not a quote for your books. If the answer looks wrong for your business, it probably is — ring me and we will work it out properly.
What happens after
Nothing, unless you ask.
- The questions run in your browser. Business lookup and usage requests may be sent while you use the advisor; an email address is only shared if you enter it to request follow-up.
- You get the plan on screen. Read it, close the tab, build it yourself if you like.
- Requesting a review shares your email and plan. Steve can use them to follow up personally. There is no automatic PDF delivery.
- If it is a bad fit, it says so. I would rather lose the job than sell you the wrong thing.
Every build has an agreed flat fee, and you own it. Single automations usually take about a week; larger workflows take 2–3 weeks. I do not resell you somebody else's software subscription.
