Help the customers who found you take the next step.

A visitor who cannot tell whether you do what they need may leave without asking. Front Desk gives them a way to check fit before they call.

Front Desk asks them the questions you'd ask, works out what they need, and sends them to you with the whole conversation attached — before they've called anyone else.

Don't take my word for it. Use it.

This is the real thing, running on my own site. Tell it what your business is called and it'll build you a plan in about ninety seconds.

The planner has not loaded. It needs JavaScript. Book the fifteen minutes instead and we will go through the same questions on the call.

Book the call

That's Front Desk, pointed at my business instead of yours. Yours asks your questions, in your words, about your services.

The problem

Help visitors work out whether you can help.

Some visitors need help choosing a service before they contact you. Front Desk asks about their situation, explains a relevant next step and lets them request a follow-up. A direct contact route remains available.

Most people don't do that. They close the tab and try the next name on the list.

You paid for that visitor. Word of mouth, a sign on the truck, a listing, an ad, ten years of doing good work. They showed up, and the door was locked.

What you actually get

The visitor gets a plan. You get context for the follow-up.

Everybody selling one of these shows you the chat window. The chat window is the easy half. Here's the half that matters — what lands in your inbox two minutes later:

Illustrative lead handoff — not a customer result

New lead — Marina / boatyard (78/100) · CALL TODAY

Slip renewals & seasonal billing · 10–20 hrs/week · currently on paper · wants it working as soon as possible

Open with: "You said slip renewals are costing you ten to twenty hours a week, mostly on paper."

You don't open that call asking what they do. You open it knowing what's broken, roughly what it's costing them, how urgent it is, and what to say first.

  • Scored and sorted

Call-today, worth-a-call, or leave-it. You spend your time on the first group.

  • The whole conversation

Every answer they gave, in their words.

  • An opening line, written for you

    No cold start.

  • Answers at 11pm on a Sunday

That's when people research this stuff.

  • Built to check fit

If you're not the right fit for someone, it says so. A bad lead you don't chase is money.

How it works

Three weeks. Fixed price. No surprises.

  1. WEEK ONE

    I learn how you sell

Two hours together, recorded. How do you size up a caller? What do you always ask? What do people push back on? I want your actual words, not a description of them. You get the draft back to correct before I build anything.

  2. WEEK TWO

    I build it

The questions, the scoring, the routing, the booking handoff, the email that reaches you. You get a link you can hammer on and try to break.

  3. WEEK THREE

You break it, I fix it, it goes live

Run twenty conversations through it. Anything that sounds wrong, I fix. Then it goes on your site with a one-page guide and a short video walkthrough. It’s yours.

Pricing

The number's on the page.

Everyone in this business says "book a demo to discuss investment." Here's what it costs.

  • Front Desk

    $3,500 one time

Qualifies your visitors, scores them, routes them to your inbox, hands off to your booking calendar. Three weeks. Yours to keep. One round of changes within 30 days is included.

    Qualification and lead handoff

  • Front Desk + Follow-Up

    $5,500 one time

Everything above, plus automatic follow-up for the people who get a plan and don't book — and a simple screen showing every lead in one place. One round of changes within 30 days is included.

  • Care

    $395 / month, optional

I watch it, tune the questions as you learn what converts, update it when your services change, and send you the numbers monthly. Twelve-month term. Skip it if you don't want it — the build works either way.

Scope

What's not included.

Written down so neither of us is guessing in week two:

  • Moving your existing customer data or cleaning up your CRM
  • More than two integrations beyond your booking tool
  • Phone or voice — that's a different build at a different price
  • Languages other than English
  • Your advertising, your website redesign, or getting you traffic
  • More than two rounds of changes in week three — after that it's Care work

Anything on that list can be quoted separately. I'd just rather tell you now than surprise you later.

Straight answer

Who shouldn't buy this

If almost nobody visits your website, Front Desk will not help you.

It converts the people who already found you. It does not go and find them. If you're getting a couple of dozen visits a month, a qualifier is the wrong purchase — you'd be paying $3,500 to talk to nobody, more politely.

I'll ask you about this on the call, and if that's where you are I'll tell you so and point you at something cheaper that actually moves the needle. I'd rather lose the sale than sell you the wrong thing and have you tell people about it.

Same goes if you already answer every enquiry within an hour, personally, and it's working. Don't fix that.

Straight answer

What I can't tell you yet.

I can't show you five case studies with percentages on them. Front Desk is new, and I'd rather say that than put invented numbers on a page.

What I can tell you: it's running on this website right now, I built it myself, and I will publish results only after they have been measured and checked. When I have real numbers, they'll go here — the good ones and the bad ones.

In the meantime, the demo above is the honest version of a case study. Use it and decide for yourself.

Questions

The things people ask.

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds like however you sound, because week one is me recording how you actually talk to a customer. It asks short questions and gives short answers. It never uses the word "leverage."

What if it tells someone the wrong thing?

It is configured to use your business information and price rules, and to flag uncertainty. AI can still make mistakes. In week three we test questions and prices together, correct problems, and agree when an enquiry should go straight to you.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I do the build and the install. You need two hours in week one and about an hour in week three.

What does it cost to run after you've built it?

A few dollars a month at typical small-business volume, paid to whoever hosts it — usually nothing you'd notice on a bill. I'll show you the real numbers for your setup before you commit, not after.

What if I want to change the questions later?

They're in a plain text file with your other website files. If you're comfortable editing it, go ahead. If not, that's what Care is for — or a one-off hour.

Can it book people straight into my calendar?

Yes. It hands off to whatever booking tool you already use. If you don't have one, I'll set one up — the free version is fine for most businesses.

What happens to my customers' information?

It goes to your inbox and a database you own. I don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. It doesn't ask for anything beyond a business email.

Why should I use you instead of an agency?

Because I'm twenty minutes away and you'll have my mobile number. Because the price is on this page. Because you own what I build instead of renting it. And because I'll tell you when you shouldn't buy — see the section above.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch.

Tell me what's happening with enquiries at the moment and I'll tell you straight whether this is worth your money.
