Work worth reviewing
Some tasks may suit automation. The total below is spending to review, not a forecast of savings.
Content creation. Community management is still human work.
AI drafts, a human edits.
Ad creative and collateral. Not brand identity.
Research hours, not relationship work.
Routine questions and routing. You still answer the phone sometimes.
True for a local business. Search Console is free.
AI image generation.
Check recording, accuracy and review needs before changing tools.
Review the actual deliverables and results. An effective agency may be worth keeping.
Connected tools worth reviewing
Check whether your existing tools already connect before paying for a new build.
Under ~5,000 contacts. Above that, keep it.
We'd tell you to keep paying for these
These earn their money. Tap them so your total is honest — they will never show up as something to cut.

$0
$0
Estimate based on typical pricing. Your actual numbers are what matter — that's what the 15 minutes is for.
$0/mo
This is not estimated savings. Check each service before changing it. Compare any reduction with the build fee, ongoing software costs and the human work still needed.
$0/mo
We'd tell you to keep paying for these. That's $0 a month we're not touching.

Why we list things we won't touch
Every calculator like this is built to make one number look as big as it can. This one has a whole group in it that shrinks the number on purpose.
Your bookkeeper is not a subscription. Neither is your accountant. Somebody who knows your books catches the thing in April that would have cost you real money, and we are not going to tell you to cancel that. Same with payroll, and same with the software your trade actually runs on — Dockwa, Jobber, whatever it is for you. That's the job, not overhead.
If we talk you into cancelling something and it burns you, you never call us again. We'd rather hand you the shorter list and be right about it.
Nobody gets fired. The typing goes away.
The retainers. A copywriter on retainer might turn out eight things a month. A first draft now takes a minute. Somebody still has to read it, cut the parts that sound like nobody, and know what's worth writing about this week. That part is yours. The typing part isn't.
The five subscriptions. A website builder, a scheduler, a chat widget, an email tool and a form builder are five bills and five logins doing one job: somebody lands on your site, you find out who they are, you follow up. Built once, you own it.
The answering service. Hours, address, are you open Saturday, whose job is this — that's most of the calls. You still pick up for the ones that matter. That's the whole point.
What this number isn't
It isn't a quote and it isn't a promise. It's arithmetic on typical prices, and typical isn't you.
Someone paying an agency $1,500 a month that brings in real work should keep paying them. Someone paying $1,500 a month for four social posts and a monthly report has a different problem. This page can't tell the difference between those two businesses. Fifteen minutes on the phone can.
So bring the real bills. A card statement and a quarter of an hour is enough to sort the lines worth keeping from the lines worth building your way instead.
Flat fees. You own what we build.
The audit is free and there's nothing to sign. If something on your list is worth building instead of renting, here's what that costs.

AI Partner
$295 / month
We watch it, fix it, and keep improving it. Monitoring and fixes for everything built, priority support, cancel anytime.
We don't resell anybody's software and we don't take a cut of your subscriptions. There is nothing on this page we get paid for you cancelling. If you'd rather start smaller, the free prompt guide and the free ad maker cost nothing at all.
Bring your actual bills.
Fifteen minutes, free, no card. We'll go line by line and tell you which ones are worth keeping — including the ones we can't help with.
